Attention to details is a fundamental part of Areka’s ideology; this has led us to the concept of providing tools able to support our customers during their day-to-day operations.

Our central managing system permits continuous monitoring of all the fundamental elements that comprise our products, making prompt intervention possible where the conditions require it.

It will be made available to our clients primarily, as obviously, due to their vicinity, they are the ones who can intervene most rapidly on the equipment, in order to resolve problems of the environment which supports it.

In the same way, it will be available to our National Partners in order for them to receive indications regarding eventual maintenance work required, in programme or in emergency, which is necessary in order to guarantee our customers a product that is always effective and efficient.

Last, but not least, we will monitor the installations ourselves, acting with the maximum urgency, to provide support. This instrument is based on technologies which have been tested and consolidated throughout the years, and are personalised based on the specific requirements of our products.
